MAWS Learning Resource Toolkit for National Day of Truth And Reconciliation

Systemic violence against Indigenous women, girls, children and families is not just in Canada’s history or past, but very much an ongoing aspect of Canada’s present. Each of us has an obligation to learn more about the history and impact of the Canadian residential school system and other historic and ongoing state interventions that perpetuate systemic violence against Indigenous peoples. Our #NDTR learning resources toolkit is now live on our website. This is a work in progress, meant to help start us off on the journey of allyship, self-education and reconciliation.
