Funding secured for next Shelter Support Worker Micro-Credential program (2024-2025)

Funding has been secured through the National Action Plan to End Gender-Based Violence and the Province of Manitoba to run the Shelter Support Worker Micro-Credential Program again! This free 6-month online program gives participants hands-on experience in either family violence shelters or homeless shelters. Open to either existing Shelter Support workers who want to upskill or prospective shelter workers who want to jump-start their career in this sector.
