Transforming Together – A Project to Re-envision Family Violence Services in Manitoba

Advancing gender equality in Manitoba is challenging and to make changes MAWS will look at the policies, programs and services related to domestic violence prevention and intervention.  To instigate change a dramatic shift that re-thinks and re-aligns what services are necessary, how and where they are delivered and who will deliver them is required.  The goal of this project is to support this shift and build the capacity of the domestic/family violence shelter system in Manitoba to deliver effective intervention and prevention programs that support healing, safety and an end to violence.
